Q: Ignorance from husband due to inlaws
My husband blocked my calls for the past 5months due to inlaws poisoning his ears and also not attending the court proceedings for matrimonial suit neither him nor his lawyer.Not paying me any maintainence.And withholding my stridhan property.And not even saying whether he wants to continue marriage or not.How will I get justice?

I have 2 questions. 1. The court passed an order but I am not given a copy. My lawyer said execution order copy aren't given. Isn't it unlawful? 2. I was asked to pay from the date she filed 125 crpc. But judge refused to deduct the amount I paid her and the daughter between case file and the order date. Isn't it unlawful?

absolutely unlawful sir your lawyer must be hiding something from you, you will be served petitions as well as the order copy and your second point there is a specific ruling judgement which says whatever you have paid earlier is not considered it applies from date of filing of the case

I was legally married to someone in 2024 in a very private ceremony.his mom forbade my parent to tell anyone about this.i stay at my parents place,never shifted to his home.whenever I go to his place occasionally his mom sleeps in the same room and he's ok with that.
