Q: My dead father property inheritance dispute

My older brother and his wife are harssing me and my mother for half of my dead father's and still alive mother property. What to do to safeguard me and my mother form any false case and further harassment. And also finish this property dispute.

dear client as per your query since your brother wants to acquire the property so you can file for partition suit so that everyone gets equal share in the property or your mother can make a will or can also make a trust mentioning in details whom she wants to give her property..

Q: False rape case by brothers wife on my father

My elder brother's wife has filed false rape case on my eldest brother and my father. Her malicious intention is to drive my brother and father off the house by imposing false accusations and frequent mentally torture. What are the counter action that my brother and father(accused) should take against her.

Q: Nclt main case maximum kitne din ke andar case solved ho jata hai???

Ek private limited company ka case....NCLT main solve jaldi ho sakta hai kya....& maximum kitne din Tak time lag sakta hai??I mean how many years??Kya max 3 saal ke andar hi koyi bhi case solved ho sakta hain???

dear client as per your query there is a case in NCLT court of private limited company it depends on merit of case there is no time bond the case may over in year also pr it may take 5 years also...

Q: Booking deposit refund refusal by developer

I am Eurooean not resident of India.I have paid booking deposit for an apartment in West Bengal and cancelled it,new buyer already paid booking deposit developer is promising me that deposit will be returned but few years passed and deposit is not returned yet construction is almost finished and developer is giving new excuses and false promises that it will be returned in future I am thinking to take legal action what is my chances as a foreign to recover booking deposit.

dear client as per your query since you have paid the booking amount so there must be any mutual agreement between you and the developer and the amount you have given is in cash or online yes of course you will get the amount but you need to go through the agreement that at the time of cancellation of agreement how much amount in return you will get....

Q: need help for my friend who is seeking divorce fast

My friend is seeking divorce from his wife. He files divorce(special marraige act under 27) on february 2024. after two dates now he came to know that his wife's address was wrong in marraige certificate and according to that address notice and summons were served from court. His wife didnot receive notice and summons. He have his wife's aadhar card and PAN Card xerox copy. but that aadhar card also have wrong address. and now he check that those aadhar card had been changed by his wife.
