Dear Sir/Madam,My wife filed 498A,406,509 case 6months before. She is a working profession (No Kids, Soft Eng, earning aprox 50% of husband salary). Chargesheet filed but trial is not yet started.My lawyer asked them for out of settlement but she is not yet ready, asking huge money. My Laywer is asking me file divorce case under cruelty. This is love marriage, we had relationship from 2015.We married on 15th feb 2021.After 1mont of marriage she started mentally torture, abusive languages , even she beat me many times.she never accept my family,always listen to her mom and sister. My husband was abusive towards me and my daughter.He used to physically hurt us and for that reason I took our daughter and started staying separate in other city.
