Wife not appearing in 498a | Issued Summons 11 times now

06-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My Wife is not appearing in Court as she has influence in Police so managing Summons and she moved to another Country for Job. Divorce not happened. I don't want to complicate things with NBW etc and drag it as its 7+ years now case, but want to close this case and live peacefully. My ask: 1. I want to close the case in Magistrate court only. What options to use? 2. Should I tell Court she went Foreign for job or I just keep attending hearing till court moves to next stages? Thank you

yes you can inform the court. you can proceed with the divorce proceedings.. so take consultation properly and close the proceedings. but prior to that you already had an advocate on ur behalf to appear. so court will not grant much time.

hi if you want to finish the case of soon then you could file a petition for early hearing in the case and close the matter and you could also file petition to dispense with your attendance in the court
