If there is any specific order passed by any competent court of law against you which prohibited you to get the visa from any or all countries than definitely it affects you in getting the visa and if there no such order pronounced and the case is pending than you have to wait for the final Verdict of the court. Facts which are necessary to be known
Is ur case pending for trial or still chargesheet not presented in court after registration of fir .
Pendency of case or conviction in criminal case can be a ground of denial of visa as this information is sought in visa application.
But can be managed.

Well yes and no it depends the nature of your visit to foreign land and duration as such then 188 is all about disobedience of order not a serious offence in general term it shall not bar you to go abroad but a court order in this regard might be required rest in 60 percent case in my view the accused is acquitted in these case or just fine is imposed in other case until the sitting judge is not to harsh no jail term is ordered but may be given if the nature of offence desires
