Q: Criminal proceedings of one offense under different magistrate

Is it possible to have criminal proceedings of one offense under different Magistrates. One is judicial and other is Sub Division Magistrate. Is that possible judgement of Sub Division Magistrate effect the proceedings of Judicial Magistrate? Further it is possible without Having the Judgement of Sub Division Magistrate file the same case in court.

Q: What action to be taken against fake razi nama & forged signature

My wife booked my father in ipc 354 on the basis of fake panchyat razi nama my father did not signed the papper but after few month i put an enqiry on the basis of fake signture on that ..but now they refused that the papper was not with her ..now no one is helping us in this matter ..how that papper come out from them

As per the law the custody of the child till the age of 5 years will remain with the mother. But you can file the case for custody of your child if your wife is not competent to take care of your infant daughter financially, mentally or physically n your daughter is not safe in your wife's hand etc. Than you can get the custody of your child.

Mere wife or us ki family mujhe mere parents ko 5 months child ko Milne nave de rahe. WO damki dete hai ki dowry ke case me FSA denge or ye be kehte bolege ki tum hamare beti ko marte ho . dahej mangte ho . ajksl kanon ladkiyon ki taraf hai. Mere papa me tension le kar paralysis ho gaya hai. Please help us how we come out from this situations

If you want your wife n child back with you at your home, than file a case of restitution of conjugal rights against your wife. This provides you a right to get back your wife at your home and also prove that you are willing to have your wife back in your life but she is not willing and making excuses on the instance of your in laws.
