Dear Sir,

It is better to approach High Court for stay of such investigation on false complaint and ultimately pray for quashing of such FIR under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. If the conditions are stringent then you may seek relaxation of some of the conditions before the Sessions Court which granted anticipatory bail.

After giving the bond in the police station, you would be required to co-operate with the investigating officer till completion of investigation until filing of the final report i.e. the chargesheet. If the investigating officer feels there is no sufficient evidence or if the complaint is false then B report may be filed by the police stating the case should hence be closed or if the investigating officer feels there is sufficient material to proceed against you then the chargesheet with all the evidences would be filed before the court and court will issue summons to the accused for conducting the trial of the case.
