Dear Sir,
Before filing of charge sheet you can approach High Court under Section 482 for quashing of FIR. Interim relief of staying of investigation may be prayed and thereafter it may take 1 to 2 years time to get orders on quashing of FIR. Hire a Senior High Court Advocate to get it quashed.

thier is no time limit to quash FIR the early you bring the case before court the earlier hearing dates comes before the court they will look in to the matter and if no ground are thier in FIR it will quash soon try to put up the case in short dates you will get justice soon
