If you are side of the victim then contact your investigation officer to prepare a strong chargesheet against the accused person. Getting bail is not such a big issue and the accused have to attend each & every date of the case.

hello client as your said that a case of under posco act has been filled and the court has given the bail to the accused and the asj has granted bail . so in this matter younees to urgently move to high court for the cancellarion of the bail.

Let me tell you the law the general law it is very difficult to get the bail but it is thousand times more difficult to get the bail cancelled I am not demoralising you there are certain ways by which the bail application can be cancelled but before filing bail cancellation you must do a good homework for proper information you may contact our office thank you

You question is that a minor filed a complaint with the facts of 376 & Posco ….n accused hv got the bail ….n now u need to file cancellation of that bail …’ u didn’t mention on what grounds u want to file that ? N wats your relation with victim
