You need to urgently apply for ABA from Sessions court. You need to safeguard yourself first. However, FIR needs to be seen before applying for ABA. You may contact me for applying for Anticipatory Bail.

Well, if your Wife has filed a false case against you, you can get it quashed by applying for a Quashing Petition under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973 or else, you can face trial before the concerned Magistrate where this case is going on to prove your innocence.
