Pocso Matter Bail Before Filing Of Chargesheet

Is it better to quash fir or chargesheet in pocso case In my case where bail has been granted to me before filing of chargesheet
Dear Client,
Getting Bail in any case is nothing to do with before or after charge sheet, if charge sheet has not been filed or delayed more than 90days, then bail may be granted with other factors of involvement in case .
But Quashing may be filed against FIR or Cognizance order. Again how much involvement of accused in that case is important.
Hence , without going through FIR can not be said about chances of quashing.
