accused person is granted intrim bail in pocso case , he was in jail for approx 10 m onth , , then his lawyer plea court that he need family suppport that he is socially disconnected , and he may become physcho... intrim bail was grante for 3 montrh , agter 3 months , he plea again to extend this ,, bcoz he is going oin medical treatment , court here againextended 3 month more , ,, his crime is very henious .. .. but actually person is physically fit. .. and ... i just want to challemnge his medica;l report ... pleae contact me and please legally advice me
