You may approach High Court for grant of bail in case you are not booked for grave offences under POCSO Act. Please note that the mechanism of this Act is strict and depends on facts and circumstances of the particular case. However, if you are booked for grave offences under POCSO Act then your chances of getting a bail from HC is almost nil.

Of course it is possible depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case. I myself had secured bail for one of my clients from high court whose bail the sessions court had dismissed and that was also under sec 376 ipc and 6 pocso act

Pocso law is very stringent law and yes definitely getting bail is very hard in itself but not impossible. Every case has own facts and circumstances so without going into the facts it would not be good to advise.

You will have to specify what all sections the person has been charged with and what is the exact thing that has happened.
You will also have to specify if there is any scope of a joint settlement but that will only happen if the charges are not grave in nature.
