Someone abused me from casteist word like chamar scst

My friends abused me by using chamar word as abusive many times but on Instagram live streaming can I do something and 30 people were watching that live streaming

sir if you are aggrieved by this act which is inhumane and ypu want to take some legal action against it then you are left with legal options to avail you legal actions and your legal opinions against it

Yes...you should immediately approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and register your complaint under the SC-ST Act. It's a criminal offence to defame anyone in the public and also attracts section 499 IPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes this is a derogatory remark to demean insult and harrass you. It is an offence under section 3 (1) (X) of the sc st Act which is a punishable offence. You should seek an advise and file a complaint for registration of FIR through an Advocate
