As per IO, accused made some illegal gains and is not cooperating in investigation. Accused will definitely apply for bail but since the case is filed , investigation will continue and a chargesheet will be filed . After that trial will commence. But you can also file a civil suit for recovery of money

If the accused is not cooperating with the police then he/she will not be able to get bail because the police will also be called on the date of bail and they will definitely argue in the court that he/she is not cooperating with the police and that's why bail should not be granted to the accused person. Greetings of the day. It is advisable to seek a detailed legal consultation from an Advocate and get the contents of the FIR legally perused. The lawyer will inspect the file and will advise you how to proceed in the matter. Without documents and Consultation it would not be possible for any lawyer to advise you.

Without Knowing FIR and Remand Copy, it is very difficult to understand actual case situation. Then after, you have to file Bail at Proper Court or State High Court.
