I am buyer of a flat in 110045, seller is constructing building in illegal manner, how can I get stay order on illegal construction to stopped till solution ?

hello client as i can see ur issue is really very complicated i agree in this regards you need to move to delhi high court for the stay on construction which is illegal in legality . you need to file a writ petition im delhi high court for grant of stay against illegal construction.
Q: Do I need bail when I'm in column 12 of charge sheet ?
My neighbour attacked a lady who filed an FIR and put my name also that I abused her verbally. There are video cameras and I have proof that I wasn't talking to her at all. Police has put charges (354B, 354, 323, 34, 509) on my neighbour and put me in column no 12 in chargesheet .I have seen the chargesheet and my name is in column 12 by police due to lack of evidence. However, I've received the summon from court. Why might that be? Will I need to get bail despite not having any charges on me?

Wrong allegations based posco cases is increasingly now a days. My question is if one innocent is trapped in pocso cases! Then what he can do??, how to quash pocso case ? Or one innocent is deliberately become criminal by such laws: where mans are mentally harrased in wrong allegations?? Or is it true that everyone has to go for settlement if he even don't do any crime because of wrong allegations one person life is ruined completely.?? Pls answer my question ASAP. Thank you
