Once CC registered it can be Quashed

Hello I had registered fir and CC case registered in lower court under IPC section 323,324,499,500,503,504,506. Against 6 People Deponent are age between 28 to 65 age 1. 2 people Under between 65 age 2 .4 people under between 40 age Evidence already submitted in Court and police station against them ( Photos ,Audios, WhatsApp chat and Video) Do i receive notice from Hight court if it's case registered in HC This case can be Quashed in high court or it will be dismissed

உங்கள் மீது ஒரு வழக்கு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது தற்பொழுது உயர் நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு அந்த வழக்கினை எடுத்துச் சென்றுள்ளீர்கள் அதனை முடித்து வைக்க முடியுமா என்று கேட்கிறீர்கள் அந்த வழக்கு தற்பொழுது எந்த நிலையில் உள்ளது ,மேலும் விவரங்கள் வழக்கு சம்பந்தமாக தேவைப்படுகிறது
