Can my husband freely withdraw his divorce case after 6.5 years of filing and without any compensation.Does undertaking of his promise to pay certain amount monthly to clear the arrears of interim maintenance and his address proof signed by wife by misconduct of her advocate help him to get withdrawal easily with cancellation of travelling expenses and no compensation for harassment for his case done on cruelty basis.

Q: Payment of building maintenance fund
I have purchased a flat two months back. Society issued a resolution in 2018 for payment of building maintenance fund- a) Rs. 80000/flat b) Rs. 5000/month for 24 months (both clauses being mutually exclusive)Rs. 5000/month was discontinued/postponed after 18 months due to covid. Now suddenly they are asking everyone to pay remaining 6 months amount. I purchased the flat two months back, am I also liable to pay it. Mutually exclusive means both amount needs to be paid or just one.
