Q: In RESPECT of Money recovery from a company

I am a contractor and manpower supplierI took a work from that company. After completing all the work mentioned in the work order given by the company the company more precisely one of the founders of the company refused to pay my money I had done the work in 2021. I know it sound very late but I hired a lawyer to for this eventually after giving him money and all he filed the case in the starting of 2022 after that the case is getting delayed and delayed now. Could you please tell me what next

Dear Client In case the recovery amount was above 2 cr. CIRP process against the company could have been initiated. Q: What option do we have to transfer property from our mother name to us

We have a property in delhi on our mother name which she got after the division of our ancestral home which our grand mother had to sold after some loss occur by fault of our aunt my father also died 5years before that and now mother don't live with us she got married again the property is not registered on her name but gpa is on her name I have one sister and me what should we hav to do to register it on our name

Dear Client Ancestral property is jointly owned by family. Self-acquired has single ownership. Transfer rights: Ancestral property requires consent of all heirs for sale/gift. Self-acquired property can be transferred freely by owner. In this case, in case the property is self acquired, it can be transferred in your/your sibling’s name. Q: Property deal with two Property deslers

Signed unregistered sale agreement with builder 6 years back and took token amount he has not paid balance amount.Signed mou with another builder 6 months back and took token amount.Now we want to cancel at least one agreement. Pl advise which one is easier to cancel if we return double token amount.

Q: Ex party divorce issue court Fastrack

I am a hindu. Got married in india.my husband is in usa from past 7 years. I came back after 1 year staying with him. I filed divorce in India in 2023 . Currently my case gone to ex party.My question is that can my husband come back and set aside ex party order in divorce. I am not willing to accept his conditions of divorce. What are my other options. I have all solid proofs required for divorce. How long can my case drag. Can I request 142 article in supreme court. We have one child together.
