hello client as you are saying that application has been already rejected from the honourable high court u/s 394/27 IPC. and the co accused have got the bail from different bench of high court only but your bail has been rejected by the the high court .in this condition you have to move to supreme court tht is the only remedy you are having right now .you can apply second bail application in high court as it will get dismissed for sure.thanks.

In this regard, i advice you that the above sections ie. Section 394 IPC is a non bailable and cognizable offence. You have to provide me some details of the case and its shocking that your bail has been rejected under these sections as generally under these sections court grants bail. Furthermore, you have good chances of getting the bail on the ground of parity as the co accused has already been granted bail. Currently the high court roster is also good which can easily grant you bail consisting of Pathak, Sachdeva etc. For further clarification please contact the earliest.

your matter is not so complex and can be done without too much difficulty. if the other co-accused is already out on bail, then it should not be difficult to get your brother out on bail but it depends on the facts which will be clear only after reading the FIR
