Q: Wrongful case and arrest has been done to my father and FIR not provid

Two of my father’s friend got a foreigner in their taxi and took her to hotel. She herself got them the alcohol and took them in the room and did everything ( physical) with them. On that night, my father’s friend called my father and asked them to bring food for them, my father went there and gave them the food and came back. Now those two person took the foreigner for the trip but then in the middle of the trip they stole every penny that was with her. So she went to DHARMSHALA,HP,INDIA after that incident and lodged a case against those two person for theft and rape. Now when those two got arrested in delhi and they were on remand, they said that my father was involved too in this case so the police filed a case under section 376 against my father too. Now my father also went to tihar jail and the police people are telling us different things and not giving us FIR and my father is telling opposite things. Police people said that nothing could be done before 3 months.

Q: Maintainability of Writ while appeal pending in NDMC AppellateTribunal

After filing of Writ before Delhi High Court seeking demolition of unauthorised residential property, the NDMC issued show cause to the illegal owners. This was challenged before the NDMC Appellate Tribunal and an interim stay was sought against demolition by the illegal owners. All of this, while Writ Petition was pending. Now the Court is saying that you intervene and approach the Appellate Tribunal only and writ will be disposed off. We want to keep the writ pending while the Appellate Tribunal decides the appeal filed by illegal owners in a time bound manner. What can we do? Is there any legal precedent on this?

Q: Bail under PC Act from high court.

My relative has been convicted under prevention of corruption act from CBI court and has been sentenced for 4 years in jail. Though our case was exceptionally strong but we ended up on the losing side. Now, we have applied for bail in high court. High court gave us date, then gave CBI 2 weeks to reply, then due to CBI counsel changes 10 more days were given to CBI. Hearing finally took place after 30 days and the judgement wasn't announced. The uploaded copy of high court on the Internet states that "As lawyers are abstaining from work, case is adjourned". List in two weeks. What's the matter here and what are the chances of getting bail as we have also applied for suspension of conviction?
