Dear,

The meaning of 'for admission' is that your case is in the stage of being admitted for further proceedings. The court at the stage of admission may admit the case if it is fit for being admitted or dispose off if there is no merit. Interlocutory means " in the interim", this means that the court will first dispose off any interim application filed along with the main petition before taking up the main petition. The meaning of "hearing" simply means hearing in the matter that includes oral arguments also and finally for "for orders" means that after taking into consideration the submissions, averments and arguments by both the parties and upon arriving at a decision, the court will pass the orders in the case.

Once a complaint is filed to commence a lawsuit, the parties can obtain facts and information about the case from each other to assist their preparation for the trial through the use of discovery devices. One type of discovery tool is a request for admission: a written statement submitted to an opposing party before the trial begins, asking that the truth of certain facts or the genuineness of particular documents concerning the case be acknowledged or denied. When the facts or documents are admitted as being true, the court will accept them as such so that they need not be proven at trial. If they are denied, the statements or documents become an issue to be argued during the trial. Should a party refuse to answer the request, the other party can ask the court for an order of preclusion that prohibits denial of these facts and allows them to be treated as if they had been admitted.for further you can call at any time.

I understand that there is no interim order and counter is filed in the main PIL and case is posted for final hearing and after final hearing, order will be passed, at admission case is heard and interim order if required will be passed or case is admitted and posted for counter and this stage is called as interlocutory and once counter is filed or the respondent has instructions the case is posted for final hearing

This means that the case is being considered for admission to further proceedings. At the stage of admittance, the court can either accept the case or dismiss it if the merits are not there. Thank you. Helpful.
