Dear Client,
The notices or the summon will be issued to the respondent(the person against whom the case was filled) by ordinary method (general summoning procedure of the Hon'ble Court) as well as through RAD (Receiver Authorization Delivery) which means through Registered Post along with the Acknowledgement Receiving Slip, on payment of PF (Process Fees for issuing Summons which has to be paid in form of Court stamps of nominal value) within seven days from the date of the order. Hope this will clear your doubt. Try to clarify your queries with the Advocate who is perusing your matter before the Hon'ble Court. However if there is any query feel free to contact.
