Sir,
You should move an application for early hearing. The application should set out the facts (very briefly) and the ground of urgency. If the matter is of the criminal side, all the more reason that it should be heard expeditiously. If the matter is of civil nature, one will have to say as to the loss / damage being caused on a day - to - day basis. The application may work.

In case there is any special circumstance warranting an early hearing of your regular matter an appropriate application for early hearing may be filed citing the special circumstance and the court may allow the regular matter to be listed in a special category eg. Senior citizens matters

Once the case goes into the category of regular matters ...then a number is assigned to that case....and a list is prepared . The matters which are there prior to your case will be heard first...and then your case will heard...u can move an application of urgency but u have to satisfy the court that why you need urgent hearing of the case
