Sale deed rejected by the Registrar in Delhi
09-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
I along with the two other owners purchased the property in the year 2009 with the deed type as SALE,SALE WITHIN MC AREA.
In the year 2016, one of the owner left the property and we divided the property between two of us, me being the first party and other person as the second party the deed type was PARTITION,PARTITION.
The property is a residential property and all the parities are Hindu.
In the year 2019, I tried to sell my portion of the property but the registrar rejected the property by stating that.
Sale deed rejected by the Registrar stating that "The property acquired vide Award
No.01/DC(W)/2007-08 and 05/DC(W)/2007-08 as per report dated 15.9.2019 by Naib Tehsildar".
How can I sell the property?
Why is registrar referring old documents, when the latest document of property was on the date 2016.
Sir, the status report filed by the concerned Tedhildar shows that the property had been acquired by the Government in 2007-2008.
You need to show the previous title documents as well as status of the land for proper advice.
There are chances that the previous owner knew about the acquisition proceedings but still sold the land to you.
