Yes, the tenants can be legally evicted, but serving a formal legal notice is mandatory.Since there is no written rental agreement, this arrangement is governed by the Transfer of Property Act, 1882. For commercial/business use without a written contract, the tenancy is considered month-to-month under Section 106.Notice Requirement: A formal written notice to vacate is absolutely necessary. Hi, I purchased Haier AC from Reliance store, on 13th June 2026 and it was installed on 16th June 2026. However after installation when I started using the product it give me error F1 so I raise a complained on 20th June 2026 and got my first technician visit on 21st June 2026.
