What is the stamp duty of property in Delhi

I plan to buy a residential flat in a society in Category D, New Delhi. It has buildings which are G+3, G+5 and G+7. My flat is in G+3, however the adjoining building is G+5. Delhi Govt's stamp duty calculator is showing INR 87840 psm when # of floors is >4, and INR 66240 psm when it is <4. Which one should I go with and why?
The total stamp duty would be abut 6 percent of total amount of your purchase if it is in the name of a female buyer ,but plus 1 percent will be added in the name of male buyer
Suppose your flat cost 25 lakh then stamp duty will be 6 percent of 25 lakh is 150000 for female buyer and plus 25000 for male buyer. Now u can calculate this in total stamp duty ÷ by your flat area in pan.
