My present name is Pawan Kumar Mittal. This name is published in my Aadhaar card, pan card, passport, driving license, and many other major docs.
My old name 10 years back was Pawankumar Agarwal/ Pawan Kumar Agarwala. I had changed this through affidavit and not through gazette. As some persons in my joint family had surname MITTAL/ AGARWAL/ AGARWALA. My father surname is still Agarwal.
I have an lic policy in which surname is published Agarwala. And they are asking for a gazette notification copy. And 2-3 more docs with same issue.
I want my present name to be the everywhere.
Is it possible through gazette- same person gazette as it is not a name change process.
Yes you can get the changes by paper publication and then gazette notification affidavit is not the original proof you need gazette publication after that you don't need any document to proof that pawan kumar Mittal and pawan kumar agarwal are same identical person
