Meaning of case status saying case disposed off uncontested

13-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
My case status shows as: Case Status: Case Disposed Nature of disposal: Uncontested - Disposed Otherwise Case Transfered to establishment: Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Transfer date: 01-02-2018 Court number and judge: Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate What does this mean? Does this mean my case is closed and I can stop worrying about it? Or is it transferred to a different court? Is the new court a high court? Thank you very much for the help.

The case status "Uncontested - Disposed" refers to a type of case where the defendant does not contest the allegations or claims made by the plaintiff or petitioner. This means that the defendant agrees to the claims made against them and does not put forward any defence or objections to the case.

In such cases, the court may dispose of the matter based on the evidence presented by the plaintiff or petitioner, without the need for a trial or hearing. The court may also pass a judgment or order based on the plaintiff's or petitioner's claims.
