Q: Meaning of case status saying case uncontested disposed

My case status shows as: Case Status: Case Disposed Nature of disposal: Uncontested - Disposed Otherwise Case Transfered to establishment: Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Transfer date: 01-02-2018 Court number and judge: Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate ,What does uncontested disposed meaning? Does this mean my case is closed and I can stop worrying about it? Or is it transferred to a different court? Is the new court a high court? Thank you very much for the help.

You can check history of case proceedings and you will get detail about nature of disposal or get certified copy of last order wherein you will come to know about order bcz some time if matter is disposed without recording evidence or transfered it will display like this

Q: What happens after a chargesheet is filed in a 498a case, and how many days until the accused must r

If a chargesheet is filed in a 498a case, how soon must the accused attend court? I have filed a dowry case against my husband and his family. The FIR has been filed, and they obtained bail after absconding. Later, I requested the police to file a chargesheet. After the chargesheet is filed, are court dates scheduled for them to appear?

after filling charge sheet Court will issue summons to all accused, after receipt of summons accused have to appear all hearing dates till judgement, if they failed to appear court will issue warrant against accused and also you may also file application for cancellation of bail for non complying of bail order

Q: How to file for divorce in india when spouse is out of country ?

I got married on 18th Feb 2017 and my wife separated on 9th April 2017 asking for divorce all of sudden without any arguments or reason. After a wait for almost a year when I called for filing divorce her brother told that she has left for abroad and divorce is not required, and I should not ask for it. I am not able to travel abroad as visa will not be granted without divorce. how to file for divorce when spouse is out of-country ?

File divorce case in India and show her abroad address and request to issue notice through mail or Indian embassy. If she not appeared in spite of receipt of court notice, then court will grant divorce if prove your case

file maintenance petition against your husband seeking maintenance for you and your baby and also you can ask litigation expenses before concern court. you may file case against your husband and in-laws under domestic violence act for seeking maintenance, medical expenses and compensation and also provibitory order against them

Q: Can we file a attested copy of marriage certificate with the petition

Can we file a attested copy of marriage certificate with the mutual consent divorce petition. If yes, which authority should attest it.The issue is if the original marriage is lost in the process it is very difficult to get the duplicate since the marriage was registered in another city 3000kms from where I stay now. Therefore, if an attested copy is acceptable in the court, we would prefer to submit it along with the mutual consent petition. Thanks in advance for your response.

you can apply for certified copy of marriage certificate through online on concern authority website, after getting the same you can produce at the time of your evidence. while filling petition zerox copy also sufficient and if marriage is not disputes court may dispense for production of original marriage certificate, but it is better to produce by obtaining through online to avoid future consequences
