Q: Can we file a attested copy of marriage certificate with the petition

Can we file a attested copy of marriage certificate with the mutual consent divorce petition. If yes, which authority should attest it.The issue is if the original marriage is lost in the process it is very difficult to get the duplicate since the marriage was registered in another city 3000kms from where I stay now. Therefore, if an attested copy is acceptable in the court, we would prefer to submit it along with the mutual consent petition. Thanks in advance for your response.

you can apply for certified copy of marriage certificate through online on concern authority website, after getting the same you can produce at the time of your evidence. while filling petition zerox copy also sufficient and if marriage is not disputes court may dispense for production of original marriage certificate, but it is better to produce by obtaining through online to avoid future consequences

Q: Joint Family Property Registered On My Brother.How Can I Get My Share.

I am only one daughter and three brothers in my family.In one village 13 acres of agriculture lands are registered up on my father name and in another village rest of 12 acres and three houses are registered up on my big elder brother name.actually all assets are purchased in the joint family before of my marriage and small brother marriage.now my brothers are shared the property with out giving intimation to me and when I know about this matter I asked my 3 brothers.they rejected and not giving any property to me.right now my mom and dad are also demised.especially what ever 12 acres of land and 3 houses which are up on my big elder brother name assets shared by giving a gift to remaining two brothers.please can any one suggest how can I get my share from them.my phone number 9703322205.

file a partition suit to claim your legitimate share as your father and mother have died without making any registered document in respect of properties, so now you can get by filing partition suit equavent to your brothers

Hi, I gave 1lac rupees to my friend through bank transfer.. it's been 7months till now he is not returned the amount even after several telephonic conversation and msges. What can be done at this point.

you can issue legal notice for demanding of amount which you have paid him with certain time bound, if he fail to pay that amount then you can file recovery suit against him for that you have to pay court fees
