Dear Sir
It has reached the stage of Charge sheet from FIR stage. When charge is filed. The earlier crime/fir stage will be closed/disposed and new stage called CC/Charge sheet stage will be opened. You can challenge the same before the High Court and get charge sheet quashed or file 239 CrPC petition for discharge.
