Is it necessary to apply for FDP in civil case

I had purchased a land from a land lord, after 10 years, his son and daughters went to claiming the owner ship of the land. In lower court passed judment in favor of me. They went to principal court. They lost the case there also. Judgement and decree passed in favour of me. Is it necessary for me to apply for final decree or judgement is enough. Please answer me

The land is purchased by you and moreover in all courts the title over the land is confirmed in your favour. Therefore dont think of going for FDP.
There may be chance that they can go for appeal. So better you file caveat petition at high court.

final decree is a automatic process of court for Which all you need to do is to wait .The process used to take about30 days before this corona problem started now it may take a few days more. As for FDP case if you are in possession of the land in question you may keep quite.

it depends upon judgment and decree passed in favour of you, if court is declared your sale deed is valid then you have to file execution case before lower court for delivery of possession if you have not having possession otherwise you have to file suite for permanent injunction against them for protecting your possession in case you are in possession of the said property
