Now that rcr decree is obtained by him in his state he sent legal notice saying he will apply for divorce along with loss of marriage expense which he spent also 50lac as permanent alimonyI have applied divorce in my state before rcr decree because when I had went to attend the hearing he used to threaten us so I stopped going and applied for divorce in my state wh still in progress So can he apply there for another divorce and demand money like this.If he's applying there will it affect me

Whethe the rnotice from the court case that has file is the server on you andif yes have you been place to expiry in that case use something that you have to find out, because that becoms binding on you. when was it that the decree RCR was passed in his favour ? He can apply for divorce if the judgement in RCR case is not obeyed.,

Q: Bigamy both wives divorce applied at same time

A Hindu man did two hindu marriages without both wife knowledge. First wife got to know about it and looking for legal action. So he filed divorce with second wife convincing second wife for his safety. First wife don't know about this. She is also going to file for mutual. If both divorce case come to family court at same time but two different courts,is there any chance that first wife get to know about second divorce application?

From whatever you have written it appears that you do not have children from this marriage, and that you are not having a income of your own. In such case you have some legal ways to get a separation and in the main time maintenance from him.

From what we could see here it appears that the people who got rights through that will can validly executive a Sale deed only after that will has been drafted well but without such well gets the sanction of a court,

Q: Since divorce case is still In progress in my state

Me &my husband didn't live together for even 6months upon rcr decree for which he applied in his state he sent legal notice that he will apply for divorce asking for alimony and dad property share in my state divorce case is already in progressPlz help if so will court ask me to pay him along with share in dads property shud I hv to reply to that legal notice if so what has to be replied

There is no Law right to explain sharing your father's property whether the properties is still in your father's name or has already come into your name. ine some cases it will be advisable to reply to notices. To tell whether the notice issued by him requires any kind of reply I need to see that notice.
