Filing case against wrong Google Review

Hi, I am a doctor whose one of the patient has put wrong Google review in my name. Can I file a case against him?
The patient tried to reach me on hospital phone but I was busy with other patients so I asked the phone operator to take down the details . Meanwhile, the patient wrote a bad review about me and hospital at that time itself. After 1.5 hours when I got free, I communicated with patient on email where he was okay with the replies to his queries and thanked me also. Later I came to know that he wrote a Google review. My hospital tried to reach to him but he is not picking up call. As it is wrong review so I would like to file a defamation case against him. Please let me know how to go about it.
You need to take a printout of screen shot of the review and meet a lawyer, also show him the review on a screen. An advocate will first issue a notice to the person who has posted it ( I hope you know his address also) seeking compensation and to get the review removed. If he does not pay up, you go ahead to file a case in court.
