Stolen bike sold to me with fake documents,

I purchased a 2nd hand bike from a guy and paid 20k via Google pay,he promised me to rc transfer on my name in two days but not , also I got to know that he was not the real owner of that bike ,I told him to take back his bike and return my money,he took his bike back and paid only 5k,still 15k pending from last 2 months and now he is not responding, amount is low but I am feeling cheated and want to take action, police is not taking my complaint, I have all the evidence pls help me in this regard
