Defamation of the company's reputation due to false reviews

On of my employee who has been sacked from the company is spreading false messages online through different fake profiles. I have some screenshots where I can prove that the person who has left the reviews was our employee not our client. His behaviour in the company was not good and several employees know about it too. Now is is defaming the company reputation by false reviews. I am a startup company and facing huge challange because of this.
You are requested and solicited to come with proper documents through prior appointment and timings.That could be easier to not only understand the topic but also to respond you over a period of time.

Based on the facts mentioned in your question you can file the case of civil nature against the person for claim of damage against the person/past employee also a criminal complaint can be filed against them for which he will be prosecuted and punished. On the above-mentioned query please file immediately a first information report under IT Act against the employee with the annexure i.e. the screenshots you
take, and other witnesses, like the other employees; for the defamation of your company and your's . And thereafter file a Case for defamation against the employee in the hon'ble district judge and claim a huge amount for the act.
