Caveat petition and interim application

I had filed an ia as part of divorce proceedings to get back my car and apparels back from husband. But he had filed a caveat in the court before that and now not appearing for the case what to do

caveat is a legal provision to get the information and to prevent from the orderes to the interim application to be filed by the opposite party seeking any expartee order against other in a suit or proceedings. so by filing caveat, you won't loose any oppertunity. The only thing you had to face is that you will get an order in the ia only after considering their arguments before the court
