Dear,

"Call with IAs" means that in the present suit proceedings, Interim Applications filed are pending and the court is calling the parties to hear and dispose off the Interim Applications so that it may proceed with the main suit. You may need to argue in the IAs and let the court proceed further. Consult your advocate for clarity on the pending IAs.

What is IA number in law?

An interlocutory application is a request to the Court for any action, appeal or proceeding that has already been instituted before such Court. This does not include a proceeding initiated by the Court to execute a judgment or order. Interlocutory orders are the orders that are made in these applications.

Hi,
Firstly did you not mentioned why you didn't asked your advocate or is it that you don't have any advocate in your case. You have also not mentioned if you have filled the case or you are defending the case. If any interim application is filed and same is pending then it is called I. A.

It means your main case ( you may be either the person who had filed the case or defending ) i.e OS(original Suit) or OP(Original Petition). If you or your opponent filed any Petition i e Interlocutory Application (IA) for any interim orders or for any purpose in the main case. The court will post the case to call the main case along with IA's which are slated for filing of counters or for hearing.
