you had to face trail in all criminal cases on the fact that in every case certain offences were levelled against you and at the instance you want disposal of all the cases in a speedy manner, then you should have to approach before the high court

My wife falsely filed a complaint against me according to 498a and SC/ST atrocities act. After the investigation police referred the case. then she filed a DV against me in court and gained residence order and protection order. actually we never lived together after the marriage.

defenitly you can submit the facts before the court and thereby you may get a favourable order from the court. residence order can be ordered if the other could establish as well prove that there exists domestic relationship

After death of my father i was taking care of mother who was senior citizen. I took care of all her medical and other expenses being a married girl. My mother gave me the house in which she and my father had contribution and it was on my name for more than 10 years bfr she passed away. I had a half-brother on mom side ,he is mentally torturing me now asking half share of house.can I file a case against him asking half of expenses i took for mother. this is not bcz i need his money bt to stop him

defenitly you can file civil suit against your half brother for recovery of the share in the amount already spend for meeting expenses of mother and along with that you can also seek an injunction against your brother from creating any kind of disturbances in looking after the affairs of the mother

Mother have a right in deceased Son's property. Here at the time of Son's death, Mother was alive. Mother died after years.Now the question is after the death of mother, will the right of mother gets transfered to other sons and daughter or the right transfer to the deceased son's wife and heirs.

if the mother passed away without executing any documents pertaining to her share, after the demise of the mother, those rights shall transfer to the deceased son's wife and children. a kerala ammended provision is there in this regard

you may approach the sessions court itself and if the same is not work out, on such event, you may approach the high court for bail. kappa is only a preventive detention and once the detention period is over, then defenitly you can seek bail.
