Q: Cheque Bounced need Anticipatory bail

My father in law issued a cheque on my behalf which was signed by him without my knowledge. Cheque was submitted and got bounced. I heard a legal notice was served on my name but since I am NRI, the legal notice got returned hence resulted in arrest warrant. I would like to know how I can get anticipatory bail and fight this case.

you can file anticipatory bail before the high court and in most cases filed invoking provisions of negotiable instruments act, normally the magistrate court will grant bail. so alone, you can file bail application there

you can file a data theft case against that probationary employee, if the employee mentioned shared any data of your concern to another who is carrying out the very same activity as if yours or to anyone with an intention to effect loss of business as well to gain any benefit to the mentioned from anyone without your consent or permission

you can file a criminal case against that person for committing consented rape upon promise to marry. such false promise shall definitely attract offence and you can file complaint against accused. but you should have to cogent evidence regarding the rape

Q: Road planned higher than housing ground

The road which was already there in front of my house is currently renovated to a higher level that it has become a danger to my house as the water will stay in my house premises in rainy season. you can file a suit for injection against the raising of ground level and the authorities concerned are duty bound to rectify the damages as to provide damages to the landlord. in your case you can raise a claim to elevate the level of your property to the level of the road

Q: No refund given after denial of service

I had booked an art session with a studio and paid for it in advance. They mentioned after booking that refund won't be given under any circumstances and that rescheduling can be done upto 14 days from booking date and should be done 12 hours prior to the session. I booked it on 15th and rescheduled to 29th of the same month (which is 14th day from booking date). They said due to personal reasons their studio will be closed on 29th. Shouldn't they be liable to give a full refund?

it's their duty to provide all they had agreed to prove to you on terms and you should have to go through the terms attached to the booking receipt or if any details agreement signed by both for the purpose mentioned is there, then that also should have gone through before filing any petition to recover the amount paid to the studio owner
