As you do not have any offer letter or any contract of employment the only thing you can do is to send them a legal notice annexing all the chat record so that they respond to you and your payments are released, else you have no other way out as you do not have a proof that you were working with them under a contract.

You have right to get your hard earned money. You can lodge a police complaint in the nearest police station of your area against the company. You can also send a legal notice with the help of a lawyer. A legal notice is a formal communication to a person or a entity, informing the other party to undertake legal proceedings against them. Many a times, a legal notice served will bring the party on heels and the problem can get resolved out of court too, with fruitful discussions on both sides.
