Yes u can make complaint against him for exploitation. Their are govt department those can visit and inspect the premises and if found than fine him and file case against him. Fix a meeting with all relevant documents so that proper action can be taken against him

Hi I have joined a new organisation 3 days back and suddenly I found that I m pregnant can company fire me I have 6 months probation period. can we take maternity leave during probation period ? please advise.

U get appointment letter? O have to read all clauses in appointment letter. However company has right yo terminate anyone in probation period without giving any reason. Fix an appointment with me along with ut appointment letter and other documents for best advise.



Q: Resignation issue and notice period buyout laws in india

Hi, I am working in a company located in Gurugram, Haryana for more than 2 years, but due to some personal reasons i have put resign in my organisation last week for which my notice period is of 3 months, i am unable to serve those 3 months complete. I want to buy out notice period, ready to compensate my company for that. And as per my information, our company does have buyout option (its written in my contract that notice period can be waived off, there is an space for notice period buyout difference in my intranet and especialy my former co-workers have avail this buyout service. But my management is not supporting me on decison as of now. Kindly advise me on this.

hi , no need to buyout option , you can leave your services dispute you signed the contract, illegal/arbitrary contracts are not valid in the eye of law. however you have to meet alongwith all documents to get expert advise . thnx

truth is u cannot get any signed document which is against the principales of natural justice, and arbitrary in the eye of law. Q: cheque bouncing in case the payee not completed the consideration

if a post dated cheque is issued thro a compromise in court of law and without complying the compromise conditions . the payee gets the cheque bounced and anf files section 138 complaint . the cheque was not against any debt or liability . it was against as a consideration / assurance to complete the compromise conditions and then the cheque was payable . what are option before drawer of the cheque .can he file criminal breach of trust section 405 in reply to section 138 NI act summon case .whether in summon case the drawer can pray for argument on charge and bail bond need to be submitted on first date or after argument on charge .
