truth is u cannot get any signed document which is against the principales of natural justice, and arbitrary in the eye of law. Q: cheque bouncing in case the payee not completed the consideration

if a post dated cheque is issued thro a compromise in court of law and without complying the compromise conditions . the payee gets the cheque bounced and anf files section 138 complaint . the cheque was not against any debt or liability . it was against as a consideration / assurance to complete the compromise conditions and then the cheque was payable . what are option before drawer of the cheque .can he file criminal breach of trust section 405 in reply to section 138 NI act summon case .whether in summon case the drawer can pray for argument on charge and bail bond need to be submitted on first date or after argument on charge .

Q: Work From Home Scam Company asking for money

Few months back I received a call for work from home which I agreed over the call and they said that I will have to pay 4000 Rs once I receive my first income. but they did not inform me that I have to pay 4000 Rs even if my quality report is bad. Now they are asking for 4000 Rs otherwise threatening me that they will file a case in court and I have to pay big amount after this case. Please guide me I am very frustrated.

U don't worry, they are just threating u, arrange a schedule meeting with me along with ur agreement. So that best remedy xan be advised u , u have to take legal action against them along with police complaint to register fir against them for cheating



Q: Builder Cancelled registration and gave cheques which bounced

I paid amount close to Rs 8.5Lacs to builder for flat booking in Noida in 2014. The builder was not keeping to his deadlines for construction or BBA. I asked for refund against cancellation. Builder gave cheques in Apr 17 with date of Jul 18. All cheques bounced. Filed a court case in Aug 17. The summon is not reaching them every time. Already 3 dates have been extended byTees Hazari Court. It says no addressee avlb at address. Court extending dates only. What to do?

Now u can take legal action under RERA and other provisions available under law. Fix a meeting with documents so that I advise u accordingly . Don't delay otherwise time limitation barred and u cannot take any action against him . There is time limitation for filing case for cheque bouncing.
