If you are being harassed by your supervisor and threatened with job loss, you can take the following steps as per Indian labour law:

  1. File a complaint: You can file a complaint with your company's human resources department or your supervisor's superior. You should document the incidents of harassment and threats, and provide any evidence you have to support your claim. You can also ask your co-workers who have witnessed the incidents to support your complaint.

  2. Filing a complaint with the labour commissioner: If your employer does not take any action against the harassment or if the harassment continues, you can file a complaint with the labour commissioner. The labour commissioner will investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the employer.

  3. File a complaint with the police: If the harassment and threats are severe and you fear for your safety or reputation, you can file a complaint with the police. The police will investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the supervisor.

  4. Approach the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC): If you are a woman and the harassment is of a sexual nature, you can approach the ICC at your workplace. The ICC is mandated by law to investigate complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace and take appropriate action.

  5. Approach the court: If none of the above measures result in any action, you can approach the court and file a complaint under the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The court can order an inquiry into the matter and take appropriate action against the supervisor and the company.

You should call up for the fornal meeting which will consist of you, your managers, the accused and the higher authorities to discuss this matter in detail to come upto a conclusion.
If that do not seems to be the work culture of your organization then you should straight away write a complaint letter to your managers stating your plight and after waiting for a fortnight (if they do not do anything on your complaint) you should send a legal notice to the accused for mental harassment and torture and defamation. If they try to oust you from the job then you should further bring up a case based on the notice and a case against illegal removal from the job seeking heavy compensation in against the same.

Rude behaviour in mnc is a part and parcel of the profession. But if you are being subjected to unnecessary torture and humiliation then you have the recourse to law. Besides I would also like to know whether you are a male employee or a female employee. If you are a female employee and you are subjected to harassment at workplace then you can file a representation for representing your case in front of internal complaints committee constituted for redressal of your grievance.
