I'm working as a teacher and for last two months I'm mentally harrased by principal but on 1 April I sent her resignation letter her behaviour changed towards me n she convinced me to work here for one month more so I agreed but now I really wanted to leave this job but I didn't get the salary of March and she threatened the staff she will not give any experience letter

First tell me your location to determine court jurisdiction and secondly how much time have you served there and did you get salary in bank or cash . thirdly you can send a legal notice to pay your salary & provide an experience certificate . If she didn't agree then you can file a civil suit
