Regarding FnF as it's not been cleared within 45 days

27-Apr-2024 (In Labour & Service Law)
I've resigned from my job on 29 Feb 2024. The management said that it'll be cleared within 45 days but now it's more than that and they haven't done fnf yet. When I asked the Co-founder about fnf I couldn't get proper response from him... And he When I tried to reach out to him on WhatsApp he said we'll try to do it soon. Could you please suggest what should I do further to get my fnf amount along with the salary slip and experience letter.

Tell me your location to determine court jurisdiction and secondly you can file a recovery suit for getting your amount due or you in the alternative you can first send a legal notice first & then proceed with the civil suit

in this case as you company is not responding in the way they should, you should file case against your company and ask for the fnf amount with interest and ask for penalty in company.

normally cases in labour court are faster then district court so you should get the justice faster

You should send him demand notice through a lawyer wherein you must demand compensation, legal notice fee along with your dues, and give the employer time period of one week to act upon or else you would pursue the legal remedies available.

Greetings of the day. Query perused carefully. Would advise you to seek a Consultation from an Advocate and act in accordance with that advise only. Upon your briefing and perusal of documents the lawyer will advise you how to reply. A strongly worded legal notice is advisable

In this case we need to serve them with a legal notice thereby seeking your full and final outstanding dues and if they fail to respond to the same then we can file a civil suit for recovery. I have an experience in handling such matters.
