Hello, My divorce is final. I want to down load judge order. copy of certificate

your divorce becomes final when the court draws the decree of divorce. When divorce proceedings comes to an end, then apply complete certified copy of your case file. Then go to court room / judge room, ask for copy of decree, then as per law you will get copy of decree free of cost. Make your signature in entry register. only this is the way.

Since it is a family matter the orders are not uploaded on the website. You should file an application for certified copy to the concerned court and after the same is allowed by the Ld. Judge the copy will be given.
