Can i get devoce online Because i m now in singapore for study visa I dont want any gap in my study Because i want to make my future on myself .i dont want to depend anyone . Plz give me advice how can i get devoce to my husband..
Yes u can file after giving SPA to some one or to your counsel. One thing also u need not to come every hearing in court proceeding. If your family member is residing in India he can file case on behalf of you

No, you can not file divorce online as there is no provision but yes you can contest the same through your special power if attorney holder. And for the you have to prepare one special poeer of attorney

You can file where you live now, if the court will accept jurisdiction. if you are domiciled in Abroad, you can file an Application for Divorce in Abroad.You must always notify the other party. He must be served with papers notifying him of the divorce and giving him an opportunity to respond

Currently there is no provision for online divorce. You have to be physically present in front of the judge after filing the divorce by mutual consent. You only have to present for a day for the purpose of filing of divorce.
