There is nothing like that you are duty bound to share your salary slips with your partner. And if your in-laws are asking for the same then they are about to do something nasty. It's advisable not to share anything because they can lend you in trouble. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Greetings of the day. We have perused the contents of your issue very carefully and would suggest you to seek a detailed legal consultation. Legally no one has a right to access and ask you for sharing your job credentials except upon Court directions. You may connect as there might be something fishy for which you need to take care off

Based on the Indian laws, a wife is not obligated to share her financial documents with her in-laws [Right to Privacy under the Constitution of India]. There is no specific law or section that mandates a wife to share her financial documents with her husband or in-laws.

Dear ma'am, firstly they don't have any right to call for any documents from you unless ordered by the court of law. Secondly, it is quite apparent that they are planning to file a divorce case and they are planning to safeguard your husband if you file a maintenance case against him. It's an old trick. You may consult me to discuss your case.
