My father is buying a house in Delhi. The seller is insisting us to pay in cheque and he will give the property papers only when he will receive the amount in his bank. Is it safe to pay this way? what is the safe mode of payment for property purchase?, What kind of documents are required for this type of transactions?

You have to make an agreement to sell to systamize nuances of sale and purchase and to safeguard part payments. it is, however, always good to make payment through cheque mode. Make immediate complaints to MCD regarding unauthorized construction of property in question. file RTI with MCD and seek their response on unauthorized construction. file a civil suit with this response and complaints given to mcd in court of law. take stay by filing application for injunction.

Some where before a year coincidently i clicked some advertisement about call girls. I text and ask details about money and pictures. after getting i get feared and blocked them. recently i got fake police call and they are saying one of the call girl get arrested and you mobile number and chats are showing in her mobile. you will be get FIR and penalised for 2 year. Whatever i have done does it attract criminal offence?? how to identify fake police call in india? please help

Hello, now that my divorce is final, I would like to download a copy of the judge's order and my divorce certificate online.

your divorce becomes final when the court draws the decree of divorce. When divorce proceedings comes to an end, then apply complete certified copy of your case file. Then go to court room / judge room, ask for copy of decree, then as per law you will get copy of decree free of cost. Make your signature in entry register. only this is the way.

We conducted a meeting with members from both sides, and we possess audio and video recordings of this session. Can these video recordings be used as evidence to prove the opposite side guilty in court proceedings in India, especially in Delhi?
