Sub-registrar divorce legal check

I have taken divorce from sub-registrar office from Madhya pradesh with mutual consent and also my ex-wife was married to another person. Now my new life partner is asking for validity of this sub-registrar divorce in Maharashtra. Kindly confirm whether it is correct or not.

Well, you can show the Certified Copy of such Mutual Divorce Consent Order to your Wife to satisfy her, that, in reality such Divorce had been taken from your previous wife, so that, her trust remain upon you.

First of all marriage can't be get dissolved in sub ragistrar office. Only courts are having right to allow your divorce petition under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act. And this is not applicable either to Maharashtra or MadhyPradesh it is applicable to entire states of India as law is one for all states.
