How to obtain Copy of decree certificate

My wife and I have got mutual divorce in 2013 by giving 10 lacs by DD. I do not have copy of divorce of it. But after 2 years i.e in 2015 she again fill divorce case as i do not have Copy of 10 lacs DD and also certificate of decree she filled case of dowry and now she is touturing me and my family. Case was file in mathura. Now when ever i go to mathura court for decree they say due to fire accident in court all certificate is destroyed. Now what to do please help. How can I got certificate of divorce??? And is it possi le that high court i.e allahabad has copy of it??? Is there any way of getting certificate of divorce???
approach High court seeking quashing of the second divorce decree as there can be no second case in the same cause of action. ask them to give in writing that the 2013 divorce decree got gutted in fire
