On 7.1.2021 legal Notice for divorce is sent to my husband's residential address ie. Karnataka bellary. Till date he did not received any notice from my side and my lawyer says it's always part of divorce that notice to reach to the opposite party. I want to know how I can find out where it is and why it is getting delayed. And in how many days it will reach to his address? For information we both are Hindu had court Marriage and in temple too in the year 2012.
First of all there is no mandatory provision in law to issue legal notice for divorce and even if notice is given by you you can check the same by typing post tracking on Google and mention Article number on receipt. You might having postal receipt of notice registered you can forward me the same.

you can send a legal notice to your spouse through your advocate and the advocate shall retain a copy of the notice with him for further action and also while the notice is posted or it is sent by courier the advocate shall provide you the copy of the acknowldegement reciept of the post or courier so that it can be tracked online and the status can be seen and also it shall take 7 days to reach karnataka and 15 days by post
